Cancellation Policy
As services are in such high demand, a credit card will be taken to secure all appointments. Please kindly note Shades cancellation policy:
-If you must reschedule or cancel please try to do so 48 hours prior, via website OR text message.
-Cancellation and reschedules within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.
-Same day cancellations or reschedules will result in 100% charge.
-All no call/no shows will be charged full amount of appointment and will require a 50% deposit for future appointment.
All deposits are Non-Refundable
